Support Group Registration

Pioneer Valley Surgical offers support groups to enhance your success during your weight loss journey. Our program requires that you attend two support group meetings prior to your surgery.

Before you sign up for our monthly support group, you must first have attended one of our monthly informational seminars and have had your first appointment with one of our surgeons.

We will now be offering our surgical weight loss support groups online using Click Meeting. Registration is required and attendance is limited to 25 participants. Please register using the form below. You will then receive an email with more information, including how to log into the meeting at the designated time and a password.

Support group meetings are held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. You must log in no later than 5:30 p.m. and attend the entire online meeting in order to receive attendance credit for our program.
